Internally, we ensure our employees are kept up-to-date with the latest technologies and product advancements. In addition to promoting on-going learning through experience, our employees are given every opportunity to take part in a variety of product training courses offered by our suppliers.
Externally, working with customer maintenance staff, our Technical Service Representatives can complete a needs analysis to determine what training is necessary. Working in conjunction with our manufacturers, Bearing & Transmission can outline the benefits of a new product and specifically identify the products capabilities and performance standards. Through customer training, Bearing & Transmission ensures our customers purchase the appropriate product for their application. Educating our customers on product selection, installation, condition monitoring, and repair, is how Bearing & Transmission helps achieve the goal of reducing unnecessary downtime for our customers.
To effectively coordinate and conduct training, Bearing & Transmission employs a full-time training coordinator. Working with manufacturers and internal resources, our training coordinator is able to coordinate centralized or on site training specifically tailored to our customers needs.
